Overview
The Education Planning branch is the strategic engine of the Zonal Education Office. We are responsible for formulating long-term educational goals, managing physical resources, and ensuring equitable distribution of facilities among schools.
Our work is data-driven, relying heavily on the annual School Census to make informed decisions about infrastructure development, teacher allocation, and funding. We act as the bridge between national policy and local implementation regarding development projects.
